GUEST COMMUNICATIONS, FOR THE LUXURY HOUSE

Own the conversation with your guests.

One secure, private channel between your house and every guest on the booking — held on infrastructure you can name, under access you control, with the data belonging to you and to them.

01 — THE SITUATION

Your most valuable conversations are the ones you hold least securely.

Guest messaging has quietly become the front desk. It happens on consumer apps, on staff personal handsets, outside your systems and outside your control — and it carries the same expectations of discretion as everything else your house does. Beckon gives that conversation the standard of the rest of your operation.

iThe number leaves with the person

When a team member moves on, the guest relationship and its history walk out with their handset.

iiNo access control, no audit

Nobody can say with certainty who read what, who replied, or what was promised on a Tuesday in March.

iiiRequests fall between shifts

A message is not a task. Something asked at midnight is answered twice, or not at all.

ivThe data isn't yours

Guest details sit inside a third party's ecosystem, on their terms, mined to their purposes.

02 — HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, and the guest arrives already known to you.

STEP ONE
RW429
A stay code, and nothing to type

A short human code, or a QR in the confirmation email, lands the guest in your property. No search, no wrong hotel.

STEP TWO
One question at a time

A conversational profile, not a form. It branches on the answers given and asks nothing it doesn’t need.

STEP THREE
The party talks to the house

A shared conversation for the booking, and a private line for any one guest. Simple for them, structured for you.

STEP FOUR
ENG
HSK
F&B
A message becomes a task

Your team raises the request to the department that owns it, with a status, so nothing is repeated or lost at handover.

03 — SECURITY & OWNERSHIP

Held to the standard your guests already assume.

Encrypted in transit and at rest, in controlled UK and EU infrastructure. Access is granted by role and scope, every action is auditable, and nothing is mined or sold — by us or by anyone.

The guest holds their own profile and chooses, hotel by hotel, whether to share it. Consent is explicit and revocable. You are the controller; we are the processor; the arrangement is written down.

ENCRYPTION

In transit and at rest, on infrastructure we control — not a consumer platform's.

RESIDENCY

United Kingdom and European Union. Named, contracted, and disclosable to your legal team.

ACCESS & AUDIT

One account per person, roles by property or group, expiring grants for temporary staff.

GUEST CONSENT

Shared per hotel, never by default, withdrawable at any moment by the guest themselves.

THE ANGLE YOU CAN MARKET

Very few houses can tell a guest that their preferences belong to them and travel with them by their own consent. You can.

QUESTION TWO OF FIVE

Is anyone travelling with you celebrating something?

An anniversaryA birthdayNothing in particular
04 — ARRIVAL

Everything you would have asked, already answered.

Before the guest arrives, they complete a profile that feels like a conversation rather than an admin task — a single question to a screen, branching on what they tell you, skipping what doesn’t apply.

ROUTEDEvery preference is tagged to a department, so housekeeping, F&B and the spa each see only their slice.
PRECISEAllergies with severity, accessibility needs, bedding, interests — captured once, kept current by the guest.
PERSISTENTThe profile belongs to the guest, so a returning visitor is recognised without being asked twice.
05 — THE PARTY

A room for the whole booking. A door for one guest alone.

The lead guest brings their party on with a single link. Everyone sees the shared conversation with the house — and any one of them can also speak to you privately, which is how a surprise stays a surprise. Guests never message each other; every conversation runs through your team.

THE HOUSEHeld at nine, Mrs Whitfield. Your car is arranged for four-forty.
PRIVATE — JAMES ONLY
JAMESIt’s Clare’s fortieth on Thursday. Anything you can do, quietly.
THE HOUSELeave it with us. Nothing will appear in the party’s conversation.
One link, whole party

Shared however the guest prefers. Nothing for your team to set up, and nothing for them to type.

The party becomes a family

Saved for the next stay, added again in a tap — and returning with their preferences intact.

Assembled under one stay

Your team sees the whole party, their needs and their history in a single view.

06 — THE FLOOR

A request raised, owned, and closed.

Your team decides what matters — nothing is guessed by the system. A message becomes a task, goes to the department that owns it, and carries a status through the shift change, so it is neither dropped nor done twice.

Front of house sees the guest. Housekeeping, engineering and F&B each see their own work. One account per person, whichever properties they belong to.

07 — ADOPTION

It sits alongside how you already work.

Beckon supplements your guest contact; it never replaces it. Nothing touches your property management system, your telephony, or your booking engine — and a guest who never installs anything is served exactly as they are today.

NO INTEGRATIONNothing to connect, nothing to migrate

No PMS work, no IT project, no data import. A property is live in a day, on the web, with no software to install.

REVERSIBLESwitch it off and carry on

Your existing channels are untouched throughout, so the decision to adopt is never a decision you can't unwind.

ONE PROPERTY OR ONE HUNDREDBuilt for a group from the first table

Roles apply at group or property level, branding is configured per house, and adding the next hotel is a setting rather than a project.

We would be glad to show you.

Thirty minutes, with your own property in view. We will bring the security documentation your legal team will ask for.
